Home Warranty Provides for Mortgage Payment if Unemployed

There is a new kind of Home Warranty coming to market - with added benefits which help you stay in your home if you become Unemployed.  Unemployment benefits are limited ($3000 to $4000 maximum), but if you're buying a home and getting a Home Warranty as part of the transaction, you'll want to know about these versions.

Builders, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Companies will be rolling this out soon.
